In my experience using HotForex as my broker, there wasn't any of the anonying "re-quote" over another "re-quotes" since they are a true ECN / STP broker bridging on MT4 platform. Their execution are fast, hardly any noticeable delay. The Live / Real account server is fast, but at times it is congested to connect, yet i experienced no disconnection once connected to the trading platform.
